To refer someone for support from our Community team: 

• Read the Guidance for Community referrals. 
• Complete the Referral Form with as much detail as possible. 

• Email the referral form to us at referrals@hibiscus.org.uk or community.referral@hibiscus.cjsm.net (secure email).  

We will review your referral and contact you to arrange an appointment as soon as possible. 

To refer someone for support from our Criminal Justice and Detention Services team: 

• Send an email providing a brief overview of the situation and a contact telephone number to referrals@hibiscus.org.uk.      

Your enquiry will be sent to the relevant team and they will respond to you as soon as possible. 

Please note, we are only able to accept referrals made by professionals and/or other organisations and are not able to take self referrals at this time.
