We welcome feedback about all of our services and treat complaints seriously, positively and as an opportunity for learning. We will listen to all complaints made by service users and external agencies, and respond by seeking to improve the service and resolve dissatisfaction.
Hibiscus service users should raise a complaint first with their project/case worker. External agencies are asked to raise a complaint with the staff member involved or project coordinator for the service.
