Our charity
Hibiscus empowers and champions the rights of foreign national and black, minority ethnic and refugee (BMER) clients serving a custodial sentence, released into the community or returned to their home country. The charity was set up in 1986 by Olga Heaven MBE. Find out more about who we are and what we do.
