Majority of women in prison have been victims of domestic abuse

Women in prison have often been victims of much more serious offences than those of which they have been convicted, a new report published by the Prison Reform Trust reveals.

Hibiscus staff are trained to act as a safe point of contact for victims of domestic and gender-based violence.
